Mixed Salad

Ingredients:Olio
Mixed greens
12 oz jar of roasted peppers
La Valle Roman Artichokes with stem
La Valle extra virgin olive oil
La Valle balsamic vinegar
Corn
Carrots
Salt

Preparation:

  • Wash and dry the lettuce, cut it and put it in a salad bowl.
  • Slice peppers into long strips and cut artichokes in half and mix with lettuce.  Season with oil, salt and vinegar.
  • Thinly cut the carrots and mix in the corn.
  • Serve with some grilled bread.
